About This Role
- Own end-to-end fulfillment operations including procurement planning, supplier performance management, and production coordination to ensure on-time delivery and material availability.
- Drive inventory optimization, cost reduction including minimizing premium freight, and operational excellence aligned with business KPIs such as OTD, OTP, and inventory efficiency.
- Lead process improvements, implement SOPs, leverage ERP systems for tracking, and coordinate cross-functional teams to prevent production stoppages from material shortages.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Procurement, or Planning roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial or equivalent).
- Experience in supplier management, production coordination, and prior team handling is preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 7–10 years in relevant domains.

- Experienced in managing supplier delivery performance and cross-functional supply chain coordination with measurable impact on OTD and inventory KPIs.
- Capable of leading teams and handling escalations effectively while driving continuous improvement using data-driven approaches and ERP tools.
