About This Role
- Own third-line support for complex security infrastructure incidents and problems within client environments, ensuring zero missed SLAs.
- Ensure correct configuration, installation, testing, and operational readiness of managed client security infrastructure.
- Create knowledge articles, mentor junior team members, contribute to automation initiatives, and manage related projects to improve service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience handling complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in planning activities and projects.
- Workplace type: Hybrid working.

- Experienced IT engineer familiar with medium to large ICT organizations and security managed services operations.
- Strong client-facing skills with ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and teams.
- Capable of detailed technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and driving operational improvements under pressure.
