About This Role
- Create and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Scripts including end-to-end testing phases like User Acceptance Testing, Functionality Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Perform data-driven testing using SQL and PL/SQL scripts to verify large-scale file updates, inserts, and deletes.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve severity incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and improve product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL and manual testing.
- Expertise in SQL and Manual Testing is mandatory; experience with automation tools like Selenium and TestNG is good to have but not mandatory.
- Experience in test documentation including RTM, reporting, and handover activities.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant testing roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing all phases of software testing, including data-driven and UAT testing.
- Strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and work closely with developers for issue resolution.
- Familiar with test planning, severity categorization, and collaborating across teams for maximizing test coverage and efficiency.
