About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of automated infrastructure and application deployment solutions using DevOps practices across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
- Provide engineering-level support and ensure operational stability of deployed DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines at enterprise scale.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to develop, maintain, and improve reusable automation components and Kubernetes-based deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or product development teams.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in infrastructure and platform operations including servers, storage, virtualization, and backup technologies.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (mandatory), configuration management tools (Chef or Ansible), automation scripting (Ruby/Python/Bash/PowerShell), and DevOps automation at enterprise scale.

- Experienced in architecting and delivering multiple customer engagements focused on end-to-end automation using CI/CD and configuration management in hybrid cloud environments.
- Demonstrates technical consultancy skills with ability to analyze complex challenges and translate into scalable solutions in customer-facing roles.
- Skilled in modern DevOps tools including Git workflows, Helm, Docker, GitOps (Argo CD), and hybrid/multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack, VMware).
