About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex business and process transformation programs with measurable business value.
- Act as primary partner to senior business and functional leaders, managing stakeholder relationships up to Managing Director level.
- Drive transformational change through advanced process improvement, operating model design, and governance aligned with enterprise standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 14 years' experience managing complex end-to-end programs and process transformation in financial services and management consulting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Proven skills in program governance, stakeholder management, and partnership with Technology across delivery methodologies.

- Experienced leader skilled at managing high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives with executive sponsorship in financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, guide technical delivery, and influence senior stakeholders.
