About This Role
- Lead and support CitiLean reengineering projects focused on process optimization, revenue enhancement, risk and control improvements, and client experience.
- Drive data analysis and project workstreams from scoping through implementation using CitiLean and automation tools to deliver measurable operational efficiency and financial benefits.
- Conduct automation feasibility studies, develop proof of concept solutions, and provide training on CitiLean and smart automation tools to cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years total work experience, ideally with strong financial services exposure.
- At least 2-3 years experience in data analytics supporting re-engineering or consulting projects, including use of project management and analytical tools.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA and data analytics-related certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end project delivery within process re-engineering or continuous improvement frameworks in financial services.
- Skilled in leveraging automation tools and conducting cost analysis and benchmarking to improve operational efficiency.
- Able to communicate effectively with senior leadership and manage cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
