About This Role
- Lead execution of high-impact, cross-functional programs to drive process transformation and operational improvements.
- Own program and project management practices to ensure quality deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and effective collaboration within a global matrix environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in management consulting and financial services with complex program management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial services operating model and process transformation initiatives, working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

- Experienced in leading and influencing diverse, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed global environments.
- Strong expertise in analytical project management competencies, including hypothesis generation, root cause analysis, process mapping, and operating model design within structured delivery frameworks.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently converting complex or incomplete data into actionable, strategic recommendations.
