About This Role
- Develop and maintain complex SQL-based reporting and dashboards focusing on Xfinity Mobile billing operations using data from Amdocs and other operational tools.
- Analyze operational performance metrics, align with company goals, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver quantitative analysis supporting operational initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Tableau for data visualization.
- Familiarity with Amdocs data tables and process improvement experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of coursework and relevant professional experience.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in analytics or related roles.

- Experienced in analytical roles within billing or telecommunications operational environments, especially involving Xfinity Mobile or similar platforms.
- Able to independently handle complex data analysis and translate insights into clear, business-relevant recommendations.
