About This Role
- Contribute to development, fine-tuning, and evaluation of large language models (LLMs) including designing and implementing experiments using Python and ML frameworks.
- Support benchmarking and performance analysis of generative AI models, including anomaly detection and data preparation for model training.
- Document experiment outcomes and participate in model review and state-of-the-art evaluation sessions to enhance GenAI platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical field.
- 5–7 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in applied machine learning or data science (including internships or academic research).
- Proficient in Python and experienced with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with LLM architectures, fine-tuning techniques, generative model evaluation metrics, and cloud AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career professional with 5–7 years experience focusing on generative AI, especially large language models and applied ML.
- Comfortable working in on-premise setups and engaging in rigorous experimentation under guidance of senior data scientists.
- Skilled in Python-based model training pipelines and eager to contribute to frontier research and model evaluation methodologies.
