About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Transfer Agency operations for Australia including investor onboarding, trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, and client servicing.
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives focusing on process optimization, automation, and regulatory compliance adherence (AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS).
- Manage client relationships, stakeholder engagement, operational risk, budget, and talent development across multiple jurisdictions aligned with global business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Transfer Agency or related financial services operations with at least 5+ years in senior leadership of large, multi-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks including AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and US tax forms.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years (including leadership experience as above).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing complex, cross-jurisdictional teams and driving large-scale transformation projects in Transfer Agency operations.
- Strong client management and escalation handling skills, with ability to align regional strategy with global business goals.
- Proven capability in operational risk management, project governance, and collaboration across multiple functions such as Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Fund Accounting.
