About This Role
- Design and implement autonomous agents leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, and Autogen.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance information retrieval and response accuracy.
- Create and maintain evaluation, monitoring, and documentation frameworks focused on agent performance, safety, and capabilities improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ to 3+ years of relevant experience in autonomous agent development and AI engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related field; Master's in Business Administration (MBA) also required.
- Advanced Python programming skills, including async programming and API development.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, prompt engineering, and knowledge retrieval systems; familiarity with modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with multiple Large Language Model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) and agent orchestration/workflow management tools.
- Proficient in applying LLM optimization techniques and implementing safety principles to mitigate hallucinations in AI outputs.
- Comfortable working in agile environments, handling container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and knowledgeable in semantic search and NLP concepts.
