About This Role
- Manage and execute cash control activities including cash application monitoring, transaction validation, and compliance with control requirements.
- Handle credit control processes by reviewing controls, monitoring policy adherence, and supporting customer credit management.
- Prepare and maintain BlackLine reconciliations and bank reconciliations; support audits and collaborate with stakeholders on control and compliance issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), internal controls, cash application, credit, and collections.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (B.com, MBA, or any related degree).
- Experience with BlackLine and account reconciliation processes mandatory.
- Based in Hyderabad, India (hybrid role).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in cash controls, credit management, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Proven skills in driving automation and process improvements using tools like Power BI, Excel, SAP, and BlackLine.
- Capable of managing internal control requirements in a dynamic environment with strong stakeholder management abilities.
