About This Role
- Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train events including Programme Increment planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops to ensure coordinated delivery of GSK's network and connectivity platforms.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple teams and platforms using tools like ROAM, escalating blockers as needed to maintain delivery flow.
- Track and report flow metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, quality) and coach teams in Lean-Agile and SAFe practices to drive continuous delivery improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Significant experience facilitating Agile Release Trains using SAFe framework with proven coordination of dependencies and risks across multiple teams and platforms.
- SAFe Release Train Engineer or equivalent certification is expected.
- Work Experience Required: Significant experience in large scale agile delivery and release train facilitation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in SAFe practices and Agile Release Train operations with ability to drive continuous improvements through metrics analysis.
- Experience working in cross-functional, product-aligned platform delivery teams coordinating multiple stakeholders including technical and business partners.
- Capabilities in stakeholder management, risk and dependency resolution, and coaching Agile teams without being a single point of control.
