About This Role
- Develop, test, and support scalable, secure Appian applications supporting critical enterprise business processes.
- Collaborate with product owners and Agile teams to design and implement Appian solutions including integrations, interfaces, and process models following enterprise standards.
- Provide post-go-live support including monitoring, incident resolution, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of development experience with at least 1 year hands-on Appian development including SAIL, process models, records, reports, and integrations.
- Proficiency in RESTful API integration, JSON/XML, and relational databases (SQL).
- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale Appian applications with ability to translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions.
- Collaborative working style with cross-functional teams, product owners, architects, and stakeholders within Agile frameworks.
- Knowledgeable about Appian architecture principles including performance tuning, scalability, and object governance; preferably holds or pursuing Appian certification.
