About This Role
- Lead quarterly earnings process including preparation of press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, and Q&A materials.
- Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives and investor relations.
- Drive high-impact strategic finance initiatives such as M&A due diligence and long-range planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with capability to discuss M&A valuation frameworks.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in optimizing outcomes within functional domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing financial communication in public SaaS/enterprise software environments with investor and market interfaces.
- Capable of integrating strategic finance with investor relations to influence long-term growth and competitive positioning.
- Comfortable leveraging AI/ML concepts and data analytics to enhance investor relations workflows and strategic decision-making.
