About This Role
- Lead and advise senior leadership on platform support solutions for complex technology initiatives impacting enterprise-wide systems and network infrastructure.
- Own the strategy, resolution, and technical consultation of major incidents affecting banking infrastructure, including proactive monitoring and incident management to reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Manage cross-functional collaboration and mentoring within the team while driving improvements in technology operations and ensuring uptime across multiple domains (network, storage, OS, DB, cybersecurity, applications).
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with major incident management, problem resolution in large-scale environments involving infrastructure domains such as Network, Storage, OS, Database, Cybersecurity, and Banking applications.
- Ability and willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts and on-call basis, including working beyond standard hours to meet business demands.
- Work location: Willing to work from office in the base location; flexible to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with constant attention during major incidents.
