About This Role
- Design and build reusable Generative AI platform services, pipelines, and APIs supporting multiple teams and use cases.
- Develop and operate production-grade AI agents using agentic patterns like LangGraph and multi-agent systems.
- Set technical direction for agent evaluation, operations, security, governance, and architect model-routing and LLM gateway platforms balancing reliability, latency, quality, and cost.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional software engineering experience with scalable backend/platform systems in distributed, high-traffic environments.
- Recent hands-on experience designing and developing production-grade Generative AI or AI-agent systems.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional production language such as Java or Kotlin.
- Experience with cloud-native systems, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and architectural design patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in MLOps including model fine-tuning, inference, and deployment of open-weight models.
- Skilled at building reusable GenAI pipelines, intelligent model-routing, LLM gateway platforms, and applying FinOps principles to AI platform cost management.
- Demonstrated influence in setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and balancing reliability, developer productivity, security, and business agility across multiple domains.
