About This Role
- Lead multi-year, large-scale technical programs for Walmart International's Catalog Platform impacting multiple products, engineering teams, and markets.
- Define strategic roadmaps, drive platform modernization, and implement program governance to enable catalog transformation and marketplace growth.
- Influence technical architecture, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and operational efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Software Engineering, Architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- Experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs across multiple organizations and international markets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with retail catalog, marketplace, merchandising, supplier management, or content platforms and certifications like PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical background with deep expertise in distributed systems, platform engineering, and cloud architectures relevant to retail and catalog domains.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and influence senior leadership without direct authority at enterprise scale.
- Experience mentoring and developing TPM teams, implementing program management best practices, and driving execution excellence in ambiguous environments.
