About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver software solutions aligned with Mastercard standards and business requirements.
- Lead system development and maintenance activities, ensuring SLA adherence and high quality, cost-effective innovative solutions.
- Manage full SDLC including requirements, design, testing strategies, deployment plans, problem remediation, and coordinate offshore development teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software development; financial services sector experience preferred.
- Broad understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Mandatory adherence to Mastercard security policies and practices; must complete security trainings.
