About This Role
- Independently install, configure, and maintain IT hardware/software and perform intermediate network troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance, execute backup/recovery, conduct security audits, and maintain documentation.
- Provide direct technical support for users and contribute technically to team projects supporting IT infrastructure reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3.5 to 5.5 years of relevant IT Infrastructure & Operations experience.
- Proficiency in hardware installation, software deployment, system monitoring, network troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and security monitoring.
- Ability to perform intermediate-level technical support and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Applicants may be required to attend in-person interviews and possibly appear onsite; use of AI or external assistance during interviews is prohibited.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced handling complex IT infrastructure tasks independently with a focus on maintaining system performance and security.
- Skilled in both hardware and software operational management including troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
