About This Role
- Manage day-to-day batch processing operations ensuring adherence to SLA, TAT, and compliance with departmental policies.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including MIS reporting, audits, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, preferably in Financial Services.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant operational process management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of big data, data analysis, Linux/Unix, SQL, and performance metrics.
- Flexibility to travel; hybrid work requiring minimum two days per week onsite at assigned office.
