About This Role
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities supporting decision-making and investigations.
- Develop and maintain recurrent reports, dashboards, and BI assets ensuring accuracy and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and improve reporting processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into analytical outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced SQL skills; proficiency in BI platforms like Spotfire or Superset; strong Excel; working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
- Hybrid work arrangement: minimum two days per week physically present at assigned TransUnion office location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting operational, compliance, legal, or regulatory investigations with data-driven analytical evidence.
- Skilled in KPI development, dashboard design, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity or interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data quality management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
