About This Role
- Own governance, operational stability, and lifecycle management of 3-4 critical banking applications across production and non-production environments.
- Coordinate incident, problem, change, and release management with engineering, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure application availability and resilience.
- Support compliance with technology policies, risk controls, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations including vulnerability management and disaster recovery activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in IT Application Ownership, Application Support, Production Management, Software Development, or related technology roles.
- Experience working with ITIL/ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of REST APIs, API integrations, web services, Linux/Unix platforms, databases, middleware, and cloud technologies.
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years; Location: Pune, India; Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
