About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable AI/ML data pipelines and LLM inference architectures with GPU optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, optimize, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML and large language models.
- Drive LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment of NLP solutions including chatbots, semantic retrieval, and healthcare-specific AI applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of programming experience in AI/ML, Python, Gen AI, LLM & CI/CD.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Work Experience Required: 10 to 14 years of relevant programming and AI experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading AI/ML engineering projects with enterprise-grade deployment, focusing on LLM optimization and GPU-efficient model serving.
- Strong domain expertise in healthcare-related AI applications and understanding of ML lifecycle including MLOps.
- Proven ability to collaborate with data scientists, manage complex infrastructure, and mentor teams on advanced AI technologies.
