About This Role
- Provide first-line support and administration for Salesforce users in APAC and South Africa, including user lifecycle management and data quality maintenance.
- Build and maintain simple declarative Salesforce configurations such as fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards under guidance.
- Support release processes including test data preparation, UAT execution, and assist with deployments using Gearset alongside senior administrators.
Minimum Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Trailhead Ranger status with commitment to certify within six months (certification supported).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce standard objects, security model (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing), and reports and dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail with structured data handling experience in Excel.
- Work Experience Required: 0 to 2 years Salesforce exposure or equivalent Trailhead learning experience.
