About This Role
- Lead Finance ERP implementations and major initiatives including planning, configuration, testing, training, and conversion strategies to ensure on-time rollouts for financial modules.
- Evaluate project requirements, develop high-level solutions aligned with global finance standards, and maintain cross-functional process documentation and workflow designs.
- Support operational teams post-implementation, handle complex issues, assist month-end close activities, and drive projects to simplify system footprint and streamline finance processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience implementing Oracle Project Accounting and Oracle Financials.
- Minimum 5 years experience in information systems design including implementation, customization, business or technical analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM field, or MBA.
- Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud platform is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Oracle finance modules and ERP functionalities, with knowledge of key Oracle finance tables and system architecture.
- Capable of driving cross-functional collaboration and resolving critical issues with a customer-centric mindset.
