About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services across single or multi-service projects ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Lead and provide expertise to the Data Management team including project planning, execution, financial oversight, and milestone delivery.
- Oversee data cleaning, validation of device integrations, stakeholder communication, and coordinate with programming for process automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or related field.
- 9+ years of direct Data Management experience with at least 2+ years as a CDM project lead.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) and advanced computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Inbox.
- Advanced knowledge of drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading clinical data management projects with a strong focus on quality and regulatory compliance.
- Capable of managing cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders including sponsors and auditors effectively.
- Skilled in process innovation and automation with prior exposure to implementing new technologies or database updates.
