Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Own the end-to-end client journey for Shipping as a Service, from opportunity discovery through technical integration, launch, adoption, and support.
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for client onboarding, partner integrations, and adoption across eBay entities, marketplaces, third-party platforms, and sellers.
- Develop repeatable integration patterns, onboarding playbooks, and partner experiences to reduce time to first API call and drive measurable adoption metrics like activation and shipment volume.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, marketplaces, SaaS, developer products, or platform integrations.
- Experience managing complex integrations from discovery to production launch and adoption.
- Strong understanding of APIs and technical integrations with ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in relevant product management roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing product development for B2B and platform-based services involving developer and partner ecosystems.
- Skilled in translating client needs into scalable, reusable platform solutions rather than one-off implementations.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, legal, operations, and business teams in a global, multi-market environment.
