About This Role
- Own the end-to-end client and partner journey for Shipping as a Service, including discovery, integration, launch, adoption, and support.
- Define product strategy and roadmap for client onboarding, partner integrations, and adoption across multiple customer segments.
- Develop repeatable integration patterns and onboarding playbooks, ensuring scalable platform implementations and measurable adoption metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, marketplaces, SaaS, developer products, or platform integrations.
- Experience managing complex technical integrations from discovery to production launch and adoption.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs and integration processes.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant product management roles.

- Experienced in building and scaling B2B platform products with focus on client onboarding and developer/partner experience.
- Able to translate complex client needs into reusable platform features and integration models.
