About This Role
- Own configuration, validation, and ongoing support of Mondelēz’s o9 Supply Planning, STD, and TLB workflows to match global supply chain processes.
- Design and build scalable planning models including attribute hierarchies, time-bucket profiles, data models, and custom logic using o9 planning engines and scripting tools (Python, R).
- Develop data integration pipelines between o9 and enterprise systems (SAP ECC/APO/BPC), manage scenario analyses, perform testing, and provide L2/3 support to planners.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience configuring o9 Planning Tool, especially in Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning modules.
- Experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions or working within supply chain/logistics planning organizations.
- Proven track record supporting complex o9 implementations using multiple modules like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, or S&OP.
