About This Role
- Oversee operational risk management including updating and implementing emergency response plans and conducting operational audits and compliance checks.
- Manage after office hours facilities assistance and escalation of incidents/problems to maintain service standards.
- Ensure performance objectives are met or exceeded through contract management and adherence to policies and procedures, including effective team management.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in business, hotel management, building management, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of property operations and occupational safety.
- Location requirement: On-site in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
