About This Role
- Support and maintain stability and reliability of the DevOps platform with a focus on build and deployment issue resolution.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and optimization of DevOps tools to enhance performance and deliver measurable KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, BA/PM, and TechOps teams and maintain documentation and SOPs for DevOps tools and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience with DevOps tools including CI/CD, container orchestration, and artifact repositories.
- Strong practical experience with build tools (Maven, Python, NPM, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for Java, .NET, and Python applications.
- Hands-on skills with Kubernetes, Tanzu, artifact managers (Sonatype Nexus, JFrog), shell and Python scripting, Linux and Windows OS, and basic programming in Java and Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end DevOps implementations with strong troubleshooting skills for build, deployment, and containerized applications.
- Technical operator skilled in scripting, automation, and collaboration across development and operations teams to enforce SDLC and improve DevOps efficiency.
- Comfortable working in a multi-technology environment spanning Java, .NET, Python stacks with knowledge of database and OS operations relevant to DevOps.
