About This Role
- Support and coordinate multiple global software-as-a-service implementation projects by maintaining accurate plans, action logs, milestones, and delivery documentation.
- Manage project governance routines including status reporting, meeting preparation, action follow-up, and process adherence across Agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Maintain and analyze project and portfolio reporting on delivery status, budget, effort, risks, compliance, and support forecasting and financial tracking with a focus on improving PMO productivity using AI-enabled tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience supporting Project Management Office, project coordination, or Professional Services in software, technology, or consulting environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with ability to analyze project data and present insights.
- Working knowledge of Agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies and governance support experience.
- Experience using AI-enabled or automation tools to improve reporting, data quality, or workflows.

- Familiar with global, multi-region project environments involving collaboration across diverse teams and time zones.
- Experienced in applying project governance, reporting, and audit functions within software or technology delivery projects.
