About This Role
- Independently install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software systems with a focus on performance and security.
- Monitor system and network performance, perform backups, recovery, and conduct security audits to ensure reliable IT infrastructure.
- Provide intermediate-level technical support and contribute to team projects by offering insights and assistance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3.5 to 5.5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
- Proficiency in hardware installation, software deployment, system monitoring, network troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and security monitoring.
- Willingness and ability to participate in in-person interviews; onsite presence may be required during recruitment process.
- Work Experience Required: 3.5 - 5.5 Years.
