About This Role
- Process and manage SWIFT payments (MT103, MT202), FED payments, internal transfers, FX transactions, ensuring end-to-end accuracy.
- Review and validate Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) and handle payment activities related to fund subscriptions and redemptions.
- Provide payment support across multiple global offices and escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 2-9 years in Payments, Treasury, Banking Operations, or Transfer Agency.
- Strong understanding of SWIFT, FED Payments, FX transactions, and cash settlement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; excellent communication skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and support global operations.

- Experienced in global payment systems and settlement processes within banking or transfer agency environments.
- Ability to handle payment investigations and reconciliations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-priority environments with accountability and client focus.
