About This Role
- Design and maintain scalable enterprise test automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
- Lead and execute large-scale automated test runs for multiple applications and environments, ensuring reliability and validation.
- Provide technical leadership on automation architecture, code quality, and integration with CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools and AI-assisted testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-13 years of experience in Java test automation and SDLC release management, preferably in financial domain services.
- Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Must be able to work APAC shift: 10:00AM to 7:00PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale automation frameworks and large-volume test execution across complex environments.
- Skilled in identifying, troubleshooting, and fixing flaky tests and test environment issues to improve automation reliability.
- Familiar with integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and leveraging AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot for test automation efficiency.
