About This Role
- Lead large, cross-functional, and technically complex activities with a strategic focus on business function programs.
- Provide in-depth consulting and leadership at a high technical level as a subject matter expert within the business unit.
- Conduct analyses and manage direct interactions with committees and management, balancing operational execution and strategy implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred; related industry qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years as a Team Leader to move to Section Manager at Officer level, or 24 months as Consultant to move to Senior Consultant.
- Prior 36 months of people management experience required for movements within Senior Consultant and Section Manager roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with in-depth functional/industry knowledge.

- Experienced in managing and leading cross-functional teams within financial or wealth management services.
- Skilled in strategic program development and operational execution in complex business environments.
- Comfortable engaging with senior management and committees with strong knowledge of business unit and related areas.
