About This Role
- Lead and execute large scope, cross-functional, and technically challenging projects within the business unit.
- Provide in-depth consulting, subject matter expertise, and leadership at a high technical level to teams and partners.
- Balance operational execution with strategic development and administration of programs in functional areas, including interaction with committees and management.
Minimum Requirements
- College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred; related industry qualification preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 3 years as Team Leader for advancement to Section Manager, or 24 months as Consultant for advancement to Senior Consultant with 36 months prior people management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- In-depth functional and industry knowledge; flexibility and adaptability to change.

- Experienced in leading large, complex, and cross-functional projects with strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Strong subject matter expertise with the ability to consult and lead teams at a high technical level.
