About This Role
- Define, manage, and drive the roadmap, adoption, and governance for enterprise platform services including Observability, PKI, Container Platforms, Infrastructure Automation, and Internal Developer Platforms.
- Manage cross-team platform initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; measure platform KPIs, SLAs, SLOs, adoption, and operational health to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, cloud engineering, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-optimized platform services that improve developer productivity and business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience as Technical Platform Manager, Product Manager, Program Manager or similar in Agile environments.
- 3+ years experience with cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, developer platforms, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Observability tools (e.g., Google Cloud Monitoring, Splunk), IaC tools (Terraform, Harness), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud security concepts.
- Work Location: Hybrid model requiring at least 2 days per week onsite at assigned TransUnion office.

- Experienced in defining and executing platform strategy and service lifecycle management in large, distributed organizations.
- Able to coordinate and influence multiple stakeholders including architecture, security, compliance, and development teams.
- Strong operational focus with a track record of delivering measurable platform adoption, reliability, security, and cost optimizations.
