About This Role
- Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile product delivery for complex airline software products as the senior product authority.
- Drive adoption of AI tools (Jira AI, Confluence AI, Claude) to enhance user story generation, acceptance criteria drafting, and sprint planning, improving product quality and velocity.
- Develop product strategy and roadmap by conducting market and competitive analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating airline customer needs into product solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of product experience with demonstrated product leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of airline technology markets and customer needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leveraging AI tools for product strategy, roadmap communication, and customer insight generation.
- Knowledgeable about airline technology competitive landscape including Amadeus, Sabre, PROS, FLYR, and IATA NDC standards.
- Familiar with Modern Airline Retailing, NDC impacts, and AI-driven innovation in airline software products.
