About This Role
- Lead and deliver customer-centric supply chain solutions through multiple Java Full Stack development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable operational/financial outcomes.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership including AI-assisted engineering adoption, solution design, validation, and AI model lifecycle management.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, overseeing customer engagements, process transformation, and driving customer adoption and expansion opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years experience in customer-facing supply chain domain, solution consulting, or consultative sales, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience leading global/distributed teams and large-scale programs combined with AI/ML or AI-driven initiative exposure.
- Strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js; experience with SaaS supply chain solution deployment and design authority governance.
