About This Role
- Provide financial oversight and ensure robust governance and control mechanisms across Super Speciality, Ecom, and Retail businesses (~1000 Cr annual size).
- Support business in annual operating plan preparation and identify revenue, mix, and margin improvement levers.
- Drive business partnering through performance tracking, pricing approvals, internal controls monitoring, process automation, and monthly book closing activities.
Minimum Requirements
- CA/CWA qualification required.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with sharp analytics and good communication skills.
- Preferably from Pharma industry background.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial control within large-scale (1000 Cr) business units involving Super Speciality, Ecom, and Retail sectors.
- Able to collaborate effectively with business units to strategize and meet annual operating plans.
- Capable of driving process simplification, control enhancements, and governance improvements.
