About This Role
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert across the securities trade lifecycle, focusing on collateral management, account maintenance, and securities operations.
- Research and resolve complex or escalated operational issues, exceptions, and discrepancies while ensuring adherence to risk and control frameworks.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, quality reviews, and provide guidance, training, and operational support to internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ months securities operations experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- Strong knowledge of securities operations and collateral management required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and operational oversight.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3.5 years relevant experience in securities operations or related financial operations (desired).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with securities processing, collateral lifecycle management, account servicing, reconciliations, cash, and collateral activities.
- Able to independently manage complex exceptions and escalations within established risk and compliance guidelines.
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge, ownership, risk awareness, and attention to detail as a Subject Matter Expert.
