About This Role
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end client, leadership, and executive visits within corporate workplace environments.
- Ensure workplace and floor readiness for client engagements and events by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
- Act as primary contact during visits and support planning/execution of corporate events, town halls, and leadership meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Hospitality, Corporate Events, Client Experience, Workplace Experience, Guest Relations, or Front-of-House Operations.
- Experience managing corporate events, VIP or leadership visits, or client engagement programs.
- Location: On-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra or Pune, Maharashtra.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in client-facing roles with event coordination experience, preferably in Hospitality, Workplace Experience, Corporate Offices, Business Parks, Premium Hotels, or Event Management.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with an ability to handle multiple concurrent activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientation.
