About This Role
- Lead a team of 5–8 analysts to develop and maintain the analytical engine supporting executive decisions in Deposits, Lending, and Balance Sheet Management for Global Wealth product lines.
- Design and implement semantic data layers, self-service BI tools, and automated analytics pipelines to improve time-to-insight and data quality for strategic balance sheet and commercial decisions.
- Deliver strategic deep-dive analyses and intelligence products that directly influence balance sheet optimization, pricing strategies, and client retention efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–18 years of experience in Tier-1 Management Consulting (Financial Services), Global Corporate & Investment Banking, or Global Wealth/Retail Analytics.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, PySpark, and advanced SQL; experience with enterprise BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more analytical specialists.
- Deep functional knowledge of Wealth Management economics including Deposits, Structured Lending, Liquidity, and related financial products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex matrix organizations with proven ability to influence global senior stakeholders including CFOs and Product Heads.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of commercial strategy, quantitative analysis, and data product architecture in global banking environments.
- Track record of establishing automation-first delivery cultures and scaling analytical platforms that support enterprise-wide strategic decision making.
