About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules, focusing on Record-to-Report (R2R) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including incident resolution and coordination.
- Support Oracle quarterly updates through release analysis, testing, deployment, and maintain compliance controls including IT SOX.
- Manage application-related audit reporting and design user roles for segregation of duties.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–9+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, including P2P and R2R processes.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Cash Management, Fusion Tax, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Subledger Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud including Sourcing and Receiving.
- Experience managing incident tickets and SLAs using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Oracle Cloud ERP finance production support with ability to resolve complex incidents and coordinate multiple stakeholders including vendors.
- Comfortable with compliance-driven environments requiring IT SOX controls and audit reporting.
- Able to handle critical finance process support during period-close cycles and Oracle updates with minimal supervision.
