About This Role
- Prepare and record timely and accurate journal entries in the General Ledger following US GAAP standards.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations; generate reports consolidating variance drivers.
- Support SOX compliance, provide financial data for audits, and participate in process improvement and special projects under management direction.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years accounting experience specifically in Record-to-Report process.
- Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis on Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Experience with Oracle and financial reporting systems; strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
- Workplace model requires working in the designated office at least four days a week (hybrid).
