About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process for international customers ensuring accurate order execution and timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Manufacturing to meet delivery commitments and resolve issues.
- Maintain compliance with legal, trade, and company policies while driving process improvements and accurate record keeping.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.
- Basic understanding of international business processes and export order handling.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in international order management with knowledge of Incoterms, VAT, and supply chain logistics.
- Skilled in cross-functional coordination across sales, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and managing order lifecycle complexities.
