About This Role
- Define and refine enterprise AI, Digital, Data, and Technology strategy into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Design future-ready operating models, governance, and capabilities for an AI-enabled organization.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end and advise executive leadership with decision frameworks and business cases.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, a CEO/CXO office or comparable high-intensity role.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related analytical discipline from a leading institution.
- MBA from a top-tier business school strongly preferred.
- Experience from leading strategy or transformation firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Strategy&, or Accenture Strategy preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in high-intensity strategic and transformation roles with ability to influence at executive and board level.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of AI, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide operational redesign.
- Background in consulting or strategy environments with proven ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
