About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex ServiceNow development initiatives, including design, coding, testing, upgrades, and deployments.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide guidance to less experienced staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into ServiceNow, automate service delivery workflows, and maintain platform functionality aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Software Engineering experience with ServiceNow development.
- Mandatory skills: ServiceNow Flow Designer, JavaScript scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture knowledge.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications required.
- Experience with CMDB, scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), and ServiceNow ATF testing framework.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading ServiceNow projects and moderate complexity technical problem resolution within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrates capability to integrate AI/ML features and develop conversational AI solutions using Virtual Agent Designer within ServiceNow.
- Comfortable working in agile teams and collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, and distributed cross-functional teams.
